Q: If this device fit for my car?
A: Please send the photos of the part of your car, we will help you check it quickly.
Q: How long will you send out the goods after ordered?
A: We will confirm your order by email quickly and ship within 3 days after confirmation, or within 7 days if not answered.
Q: Can I install your product myself?
A: Yes, most products are plug and play. We also provide installation videos on our YouTube channel (see product page).
Q: Is this an Android System?
A: Yes, our Head Units run on the original Android OS.
Q: Can I upgrade the Android OS and apps?
A: The OS itself cannot be upgraded (it matches the car’s computer system). Apps can be updated via Play Store.
Q: Can this head unit install apps?
A: Yes, it supports most apps from the Google Play Store.
Q: Does AFIXEASY provide plug-and-play harness?
A: Yes, with specially designed cables that don’t require cutting wires, keeping your car warranty intact.
Q: Does it support steering wheel control?
A: Some products support functions like volume, next/previous track, menu, mute, answer, and reject. Contact us for details.
Q: Can I connect front and rear cameras?
A: Yes. The rear camera activates automatically in reverse gear. The front camera can be activated manually via AUX.
Q: Are camera wires hidden?
A: Yes, all wiring is hidden and not visible.
Q: Can I extend RAM or storage?
A: RAM and internal storage cannot be extended. It supports external HDD up to 4TB.

A: We provide domestic delivery, international shipping, and in-store pickup.
Q: Does AFIXEASY provide warranty?
A: Yes, all AFIXEASY products come with one-year warranty.

Q: Will installing void my car warranty?
A: No, our plug-and-play system does not cut wires and should not affect warranty. Please consult your dealer for confirmation.
Q: What if Android Auto doesn’t work?
A: Restart the unit and try again. If issues persist, contact us or visit our service center.
Q: Can I connect to my existing car headrest?
A: Yes, if your headrest supports AV in/out, it can connect.
