3. Orders & Payments
We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, and online payment. Orders will only be processed once full or partial payment (as agreed) is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver locally within the UAE and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be communicated before order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or force majeure events.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Customized or special-order items are non-returnable.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
